CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Service Policy Thee Kee 2 Ur Locs A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of service and can be paid via Cash or Card only. Late Policy Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be subject to a $30 late fee. Clients arriving 20 minutes or more late without prior notice will have their appointment canceled and may be subject to cancellation fees. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. • No-call / No-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the remaining service balance. Clients must have a valid card on file. If cancellation fees cannot be processed due to no card on file or declined payment, the client will be blocked from booking future appointments with Thee Kee 2ur Locs. Please respect my time as I will always respect yours. Service Preparation For all braid services, clients must arrive with: • Clean hair • Hair completely blown out • No oils, creams, or styling products Failure to arrive properly prepared will result in a $25 preparation fee. Additional Fees Additional fees may apply for: • Appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours • Last-minute bookings • Services requested on off-days
